Mandatory Training

The training was relatively easy to sign up to. the package was easy to follow with both visual and auditory narrative. It was comprehensive and fulfilled my learning needs. The assessment at the end covered the knowledge gained.

It was the only company that offered the immunisation course. I really enjoyed the course and repeating the course. I just had to get 90%. Infact I got 80%. Thank you for sorting out the course. I really needed to do it as a practice nurse.

A reasonable basic training course for volunteers

A reasonable basic training course for volunteers who need information about adult safeguarding or a refresher. I liked the fact that you can do the course in your own time, complete it at your own pace and revisit things if necessary. I really did not like the automated voice. It was very stilted and actually produced words incorrectly (e.g. 'moss-key' instead of 'mosque'). The question at the end of module one didn't make sense.
