Unless you’re American. Do not use this company. What a waste of money and time. There are companies out there that offer basic bookkeeping courses for free! And are so much more better than this company.

Scammers and Passive aggressive

Immediately after purchasing a first aid training and starting the first module, on the first sentence I realised the course was only valid for 1 year, for employment purposes i needed 3, i then realised it was some AI that was reading the training out to me. This made me seek an immediate refund and that is when the problems started. I was met with evasive tactics, my requests were never acknowledged. Tried contacting them via phone was always met with an answering machine. I then demanded a full refund and took about a week to receive an email confirming the refund would be processed 5 to 10 working days, when the 10th work day arrived my refund was nowhere, gave them an extra day and then I asked my bank to refund the money. The bank created a fraudulent transaction and then someone from the company calls me at 8am persuading me to cancel my fraud application with the bank and how much it had affected them. I tried to explain my refund took a month to be processed and even after the 10 day return policy no money was returned to me, to which Elsie could only answer “hum hum” This phone conversation was unwanted it felt like bullying, Elsie was complacent and passive aggressive and clearly unhappy about my claim. This company is a scam
