I have yet to receive my package but was sent a email saying it was delivered. Need a refund

I’ve ordered a suit from a new collection. It fit perfectly well. The delivery was not the fastest but I do appreciate their individual service. I got messages from a very helpful manager Josh, who gladly answered all my questions.

Cousin Brand themselves shipped my item less then 24 hours after my order was placed which is excellent. I even received an email from one of the owners David who thanked me for my purchase which was nice and pleasant to see. My issue is the mailing company they use is extremely slow and unhelpful. It has been two weeks since I ordered and I have yet to receive my item. My suggestion would be to switch to a different mailing service like fed-ex or DHL. The service Cousins brand themselves provide is brilliant but the mailing service drops the ball for them.

Very nice but it seems like for girl style also the shorts jersy. But the clothes very comfortable to use .

Ordered a pair of shorts which arrived in less than a week which was great but they were dirty and looked worn. The pockets on the shorts are pretty useless as I can’t even fit my whole hand in them so my phone and wallet definitely don’t fit in them.
