Ordered fire extinguishers 4th December, had been told they had been sent out, then the courier couldn't find us. Then nothing still haven't had the.. We have all courier companies coming to us, major companies delivering to us but the pigeon must of got lost. Very disappointed

I placed an order for a fire extinguisher on the 19th December Order FPS #1229661 and expected the advertised 1-2 day delivery to have arrived before Christmas. However, I received no delivery updates, no tracking number and only found my delivery two weeks later after searching through the goods received area of the company where I work, the problem being, my name was not on the address label, despite me providing all this information at the point of order. Furthermore, Trustpilot removed my original review due to "lack of authentication" despite that review being in direct response to a link I received from the sellers Trustpilot account! Unfortunately, this whole experience falls way short of what I expect when placing an online order, and considering it was the seller who originally wanted me to provide feedback based on my experience, then this is it. That said, the little fire extinguisher I purchased seems to be a good quality product and the 1 litre version is the perfect size for my campervan.
