Terrible!!!! I've had to open a case with the bank to try and get a partial refund for the misleading item you sent and the cheek of your 10% restocking fee on returns is unbeileivable you're a very arrogant company l will never buy from you again.

Great customer service and advice

I received product and delivery etc good. But product had a fault and so I had delays in receiving product. I had to email, phone and wait again another week before receiving product.

Ordering from the fire protection shop was really easy. I did my research (even contacted my local fire service for advice on correct types to use) and I found what i needed with ease. Unfortunately, there was a dispatch technical issue which meant one if the products wasn't delivered on the same day. I contacted customer service and they were really helpful and pleasant to deal with. They noticed the problem on their system and sent out the missing product instantly, without question. I'd definitely recommend these people. There's a few rogue traders out there and cheap "all in one" products online which actually aren't capable of what they state. Fires can kill, so why cut corners? Just contact the Fire Protection Shop for some advice (domestic or business) or if you know what you need, just use their site and buy GENUINE and RELIABLE products

Ordered 2 fire extinguisher - wouldn’t leave in safe place as it was outside , was told it’s unsafe, yet we can place fire extinguishers outside in a plastic cabinet? Been giving a tracking number for courier that’s invalid. Been sat waiting for nowt - never will I shop with them again Gav
