Products didn’t arrive. When I chased the order, I was advised all items were lost in transport. All items were sent the following day, and received ok that time. All products on this and previous orders have been first class.

Was not delivered on time per your own text. Claimed delivery was attempted but nobody on site a totally false statement. impossible to get hold of someone. had to reschedule an inspection. Unreliable delivery service. Not only delivered on time, Lie about it to justify

Great customer service. I ordered 2 extinguishers, they both were delivered 2 days later but one came without its wall mount bracket, I queried this and because I'd ordered a reconditioned extinguisher these don't come with a wall bracket automatically but they said they would send one anyway for me, I offered to pay but the lady told me they would send it free of charge, sure enough it arrived 2 days later. What lovely friendly staff they have, well done Fire Protection Shop for your first class attitude to customer care, I will be a returning customer in the future :)
