All ways kept me informed of delivery of Medication. Arrived when you said it would.

Injections arrived within the stated times. The man who delivered reminded me that injections were to be in the fridge.

The company gave updates from when my prescription was despatched to date and time of delivery. Delivery was on time and the driver was friendly and pleasant. Thank you

Delivered in a timeframe as promised very friendly driver

First experience of HealthNet was appalling.I had to arrange everything inspite of being told they would communicate with me days before my first appointment with one of their team.Three hour wait for a call back to arranage a visit which was cancelled at last minute due to staff sickness but no real contingency for urgent medication and storage. Recieved outrageous advice on medication being given to me at my place of work which was not acceptable. Did get my treatment in the end but it was very stressful and involved me having to make several urgent phone calls. After an email I did recieve an apology but dreadful experience. I will say that individual staff are great and do try to get the best treatment to patients but the company in general with regards to communication is bad. Have asked to have my care taken back to the NHS clinic.
