Lovely friendly nurse who clearly explained everything to me

Generally a good service, my medication was delivered within the time period arranged. The virtual meeting with the Nurse was excellent and made it very clear as how to apply the medication. The only thing that lets them down is communicating with them, I left several request by phone for a call back which they never responded to but did after I sent them an email.

Nurse was reassuring, knowledgeable and helpful. Really put me at ease.

Requested from ordering after 1:00pm Had the delivery confirmation for after 1:00pm Had the txt on the day stating delivery between 1:01pm and 3:00 pm Meds arrived at 11:01 am! Lucky I was in What’s the point of a delivery window? Also never yet can I order a sharps bin as unable to order online neither been offered one or asked if I have a full one to return new company new contract but the service has declined
