The nurse that helped me through on how to administer the Eppy pen was so lovely, she made me feel at ease as l was dreading it. Her name is Kris and she explained in great detail on the pen it self the link went through ok and l could converse with her properly on my iPad she is going to keep in touch and speak to me again in 2 weeks time for a update to see how l am doing

My nurse was lovely. He fully explained how the medication worked and modelled how to self administer the injection before letting me administer it to myself. Very informative and fully answered the questions I asked.

The information and timings were the best yet. My timing notification for delivery was received early evening, first one yet at that time and an excellent one as I take medication to sleep. Delivery driver was clean, polite and kind.
