Everything is so stressful. They ask for so many different things and then decline anything you give them, whether it be your employment details or guarantors. They call you and then when you call back, they say they have no idea why they called you. So unorganised, to the point it is making me not even want to move into the flat.

The people on the phone lines were nice however the system this company uses is awful. They make something that should be a simple process a real headache. Whoever runs this company is doing an awful job!
