Poor quality and service. Ordered 24 Z Star A grade balls, 8 of them were so discoloured that they went straight into my practice bag. 4 more were not too good either so I got 12 balls that I would use on a course. Not good at all. Reported this and initially got a reply, but since then my emails have been ignored. I will go back to lakeballs.com who offer better quality of balls Update - One week later and still no replies to my emails.

Balls arrived as described and Dawn was able to change the delivery address as I hadn’t updated my new one on Apple Pay. Very quick response to my panicked email asking to change the address and the parcel arrived really quickly, will definitely use again once I’ve lost all the balls. Great customer service
