My new golf balls are extremely good & very good value.

The golf balls are very good however, the downside is that when I tried to order a dozen balls 2 times it did not seem to accept the order, I tried a 3rd time and got a confirmation on the website. I did not get an e-mail confirming the order or I would have discovered I had made 3 orders. I have now paid for 3 dozen when I only wanted 1 dozen. Also I tried to get the 10% discount but never received the code number. Do not to try to phone as their number will be charged at premium rate even from a mobile. Mail order golf have resolved my problem quickly and efficiently. The golf balls are of a very high standard and I decided to keep 2 dozen and they have refunded the money for 1 dozen, very good after sales service

Sorry to say,great service but 24 of 100 Balls had splits,holes or bald patches, making them unfit for purpose. And note, I took a photograph of the offending Balls and emailed it to MailOrdergolf with my comments. Captaain Keith.
