I thought I’d get a selection of coloured Volvik ball, but received only white. Delivery was left at the wrong house.

Haven't received my order. Says 48 days tracked with royal mail. Royal mail still haven't received the order 3 days later. Balls haven't arrived on time for my game. Will have to test them out when I finally receive them. Edit: MOG sent replacements via fedex. Original order was out of stock so they offered to send different balls. great customer service

I ordered 100 class A balls and some tees (since there was an offer). Balls arrived without tees. One email and the tees folowed soon after. Nicely sorted out!

As we were badly let down by Royal Mail Mail Order Golf acted very efficiently and used Fed Ex to deliver the golf balls to my grandson who is very pleased and happy now. He has used Mail Order Golf on several occasions and has been totally satisfied with the service and product.
