His prompt response to my calls, texts, and emails says he is dedicated to my success. He makes ensures I know the next steps in the program. The tax lien, tax deed & Mastery classes helped me gain a better understanding and the format was easy to follow and makes me feel more confident about accomplishing my goals. Also the two day Immersion class was just the right size and the presenter Eric has lots of knowledgeable. It was a true immersion experience because the class was not rushed, and we were able to go in depth with the topics and get questions answered with real life examples. Most of all I liked the clear explanation of how to use and where to find the tools needed for all platforms: tax liens, tax deeds, and foreclosures. I'm happy and excited about the opportunity that TLWB has brought to me.

Tad spent a good deal of time with us reviewing the deal in great detail and walked us through the full due diligence process from start to finish. This was extremely helpful to us since this was only the 2nd offer we have made. Tad made sure we understood the comps, ARV and provided a very thorough breakdown of the loan.
