I completed my fly-out with coach Eric Lloyd. I made an offer on a property. We looked at multiple properties both in person and online. I learned the use of the fly-out calculator. I did the 70% rule multiple times and feel I'm adept and can quickly come up with ARV. The experience and the learning along with the tools far exceed my expectations.
