Karl Benson was very thorough in the explanation of Wholesaling, He showed us the class with real examples and made it very easy to understand. I would take his class again.

Just finished the Real Estate Quick Start with Eric Lloyd. He was AAAAAmazing. I have paid a great deal of money for a different Real Estate Master class but it was nowhere near as valuable as this class. Eric took the time to walk us through deals from start to finish. It was a wealth of information and a great experience for someone like me who needs a step-by-step, hands-on approach. Can't wait to put it all into practice.

Megan does an amazing job of laying out a process to evaluate markets for the different types of real estate investing. She walked through identifying a market targeted to produce the results you are looking for and wrapped it up by finding a multi-family unit on the market that can cash flow. She was easy to follow, and I took away a list of tips and processes that I have already been putting to work. Thanks Megan!

Eric Lloyd as my mentor Working with Eric I have been able to purchase tax liens, tax deeds and a turnkey property. The turnkey property is now cash flowing and been a positive experience. With Eric's insight, I have been able to turn some tax liens into tax deeds and redeem some of the properties as well as make a profit from both the tax liens and deeds. Eric is very patient and very easy to work with. Always has words of encouragement for any situation we may be talking about. His knowledge of the real estate space is vast! I would not have progressed as far as I have without his help.
