Honestly, an absolutely fantastic umbrella company, where customer service is obviously a priority! Initially, they were very open with the amount I would be receiving from my contract and I've never received a penny less than they calculated I would get at the start. They were also able to provide a comprehensive breakdown and explanation at each stage, which was much appreciated. A special shout out to Danielle, who has been extremely helpful and absolutely fantastic with every question that I’ve had, she has gone above and beyond to help from when I've had small questions to urgent requests and this has helped me out so much. You don't get customer service like this any more! Couldn't recommend this company more!
