my order was delayed shotly because the item was out of stock and stock wasnt recieved on time. this wasnt a problem and i was happy to wait another 3 days. the pioneer avic z930 dab is an amazing head unit and all of the features are outstanding. i will be shopping at car audio centre again

I telephoned the company for some advice before purchasing the item and they were extremely polite and friendly. Cannot fault the service.

Such a shame. I requested information on what products to buy for my vehicle, received a detailed reply and so purchased them on the website. There was no indication on the website of product unavailability and the checkout detail confirmed delivery within 2-4 days. Three weeks later, having received no notification about when the goods would arrive, I phoned the company to ask when I might expect delivery. I was told that an item on my list was on back-order with an expected arrival date three months hence! Again - nobody had notified me that my 2-4 day delivery (bought and paid for) would actually be four months. Terrible service. Meanwhile I had been receiving weekly emails asking me to rate the products that I had bought (but had not yet been delivered). Sadly, the individual I spoke to one the phone did not appear to see any problem with the service provided. Wow.

Non existent or very poor product knowledge.

Speakers are great. Little play about with the equaliser on the radio and sounded even better. Postage was great. Arrived next day as promised. Fitted same day no problems very good service will use again as no doubt I will fit a subwoofer soon 🤣
