I found the item cheaper elsewhere and was told they could not match the price even though they have a price promise. I cancelled the order requested a refund was told that would be done. The order arrived the next day. I had to call to return the item as my account advised the refund is being processed. The item was collected 8 days later I still await a refund. The cheaper item was listed on Amazon by this company unbelievable.
