I stumbled on Techno Systems page whilst searching for a particular laptop. I messaged the number provided and got a quick response from Mariousz. Placed my order Sunday evening and received the laptop Tuesday. Quick delivery. So far everything is working well and am very happy with the purchase. I did have to request for another charger lead as the one that came with the laptop had its wires exposed. This was easily done and delivery of new charger (free of charge) came theThursday. On the whole great customer service. I would recommend them.

Great service throughout. Bought my nephew a laptop and it arrived the next day. Unbeknown to me another family member did the same thing. Contacted the company and they provided shipping for it to be returned. Laptop was refunded straight away. Didn’t try the laptop, but can only commend the great service. Really impressed with the service here. I bought a high spec laptop at a bargain price (under £500 including vat and free shipping). Marius’s prices were significantly better than anywhere else for similarly specced machines and that was before vat and shipping at many places. The laptop itself was quoted as A+ condition and it absolutely is with only the a couple of near invisible marks. The laptop itself runs like a dream and includes everything it’s supposed to. My only regret here is not getting an extra 8gig at purchase. Highly recommend this seller.

Although the original item I ordered was posted to another customer, I cannot fault Marius for his efforts offering me an alternative Laptop of equal spec., with delivery in 48 hours. I am very pleased with the Lenovo Thinkpad 13, Gen2 which was in immaculate A+ condition, that I received. I would recommend Techno Systems to other people.
