Phone assistance was excellent. However, your flexibility around policy change was not. I am a new member and I wanted to adjust the timing of the commencement of my insurance policy and you could not do this without changing and issuing another policy. Quite ridiculous that a minor change could not be done without renewing a whole new policy.
