Great shopping experience, fast delivery. I'd had my eye on this jacket for a long time. Finally purchased it and I'm so happy with it. It's a beautiful jacket, and fits me perfectly. It is slightly oversized in the body but the arms are not too long. As other reviews suggested to buy a size down I did Size 14 I'm 5'5. Roomy enough for a hoodie to go underneath but looks equally as good wearing it as slightly oversized. Thanks!

I paid for a product that has not met the expected standards, and Barneys Original's refusal to address the issue has further exacerbated my dissatisfaction. Really pleased with purchase (Women's Leather Ribbed Asymmetric Biker Jacket - Victoria). Fits perfectly (usually a 10-12, bought size 12). Good price, cheaper compared to other retailers selling same item. Only criticism was delivery time, paid extra for next day but took 2 extra days (with Royal mail). It was week before Xmas though. Apart from that, the item was well packaged. Recommend!

Prompt delivery ... but of the wrong item! Once I contacted Customer Service, there was an immediate dispatch of the correct item without waiting for the return of the error. Of course I reurned the erroneous item but I'd like to thank Barneys for not making a crisis out of a mistake.

I just wanted to express my gratitude at my very pleasant shopping experience with Barneys. My first purchase was too small, but it was really easy to return, I bought another, a size larger and the jacket fitted snugly, my wife is really happy with her leather jacket, she looks amazing in it. Her beaming smile was worth every penny spent. Quality, fit, and finish is superb. If I get the chance to recommend, I certainly will.

After my recent experience with BARNEYS ORIGINALS I would not recommend using them. I purchased a leather jacket from them it didn’t even last 1 month let alone a summer or winter. I reached out to them about the defective jacket and got told that it was due to heavy wear, how when the jacket has only been worn once? Very disappointed, their attitude was it’s the customers fault, nothing they can do, or willing to do. Very disappointing. 😡😡😡

Barneys are the best. I recently purchased a brown leather jacket from them. The jacket is stylish and good value. They were efficient and speedy in the delivery. I was so pleased I went back in for a black leather biker style jacket. Unfortunately this item was damaged in the post. Barneys were unbelievable. They sent me a new jacket with a minimum of fuss. They are a thoughtful efficient company who sell great looking gear at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
