I ordered a hand soap 3 pack. I got a personal email a few days later saying that one of the bottles was damaged, but they could replace it with another style or I could cancel the order. I opted to have the replacement, and the package was here a couple days later. Great product, too, and pretty!

Would have given another star however all 4 bottles have globs of glue that I cannot get off. Kind of ruins the aesthetics when placed out for guests to use.

I got super fast service. My perfume came even better than was described. It was listed as a tester with no lid or box. It was nearly full to top, had a lid and a box. Saved me a boat load of money!!! Cheaper than even the resale sites.
