I received the used product it was full of scratches, i tried returnin It but i didnt see any option on the website. The experience was not good busing from Ultradeals

Customer support is very bad don't buy from here guys I have ordered a tws earphone from here and they delivered it of wrong colour and when I tried to return it they told for a speed post and said that if ur cause is genuine then we will refund ur whole amount along with the speed post charges and shipping charges then when I asked for a refund they deducted the shipping charge even when my cause is totally genuine then also and when I tried to reach them after that then no one was answering the call and neither they were seeing the WhatsApp messages... So plz stay safe guys I am genuinely saying plz don't buy from here they are really not trust worthy.... Guys see what they have replied they are now telling a lie what it is mentioned their that it is multicolour but it's mentioned no where and also now they have also removed the section of colour in which it was shown black in the description box of the product but they don't know I have also the screenshot of the description of the product in which it is clearly mentioned that it is of black colour but here is not any options of attaching screenshots so guys don't trust them they are fake...stay safe guys...

When I see the product online headphones were there with them.but when I ordered them there were no headphones with them.

**Extremely Disappointing Experience - Fraudulent Website** I ordered a hair dryer from *Ultradeals* and immediately canceled the order through their website, which displayed a pop-up message saying, "Your Request Is Submitted. Our Team Will Cancel It Soon." However, despite this confirmation, the cancellation was never processed, and the product was eventually delivered. Upon receiving the item, I was shocked to find that it was clearly used. The outer packaging was in terrible condition—torn and poorly taped together, which indicates a lack of care or professionalism in handling. I immediately attempted to return the product, but the website offers no option to initiate a return. Desperate to resolve the issue, I called all the contact numbers listed on their website multiple times (at least five calls) but received no response. It's evident that this website is untrustworthy and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against making any purchases from *Ultradeals*, as they are a fraudulent site with no regard for customer service or product quality. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.
