It's very good, try first comment later

This Nextpax really helpfull for us whom doing business at hospitality. It's simple and easy, also you gain the control for setting the system unlike some other system. It's already synchronized with many other popular OTA. And they also have a great customer service that very helpfull. There's couple of time i got troubled with the system and they gave me very fast response to help me solving my problem.

NextPax is verry supportive.

NextPax is verry supportive to us, as a property owner. Since the beginning, when we were in the process of registering our property to an Online Travel Agent, the person in charge of NextPax always give their hands to help us, when we faced difficulties for it. Later, the person in charge were also reminding us to accept some reservations, if we forgot to accept it.

Great partnership

We are pleased with the assistance and the effort I got from NextPax. Speaking with the customer service team helping us get exactly what we was looking for. However, some updating progress may be delayed, but it is not a concern.

I have been a NextPax partner for almost ten years. NextPax is a fantastic channel manager, a fantastic partner and although my PMS has a direct integration with booking.com I refuse to change this integration and depending on the month I get more reservations from booking.com than I do from Airbnb.

Few errors

Few errors. But I lost £80 because the extra guest fee didn't come through from Airbnb, simple stuff. No offer for them to rectify either.

Incredible bad service

Incredible bad service we work in vacation rental business since 5 years and have tried to work with this channel manager.what a bad idea! they are not able to connect correctly the properties to any of the OTA except airbnb.we have wait more than 3 weeks to have the first connection and all with error, we have only lose our time don t work with them
