Well worth the wait! Very pleased with the perfume. Beautiful fragrance. Very happy and would recommend. There was a delay in delivery due to the pandemic, but the company kept me updated of its progress, which was much appreciated.

there was problems with their suppliers but they sorted everything out quickly and professionally and refunded me quickly

Chased up order after a couple of weeks was told due to virus deliveries of stock were taking longer than usual but my product would be arriving then shipped to me next day. I waited another 3 weeks and asked for a refund. Iwas told already sent and probably a delay in the post, to give it a day or two, sent a screenshot of a tracking number however no date of post on it. The next day I recieved product sent first class. Obviously only sent after I had chased things up again

After waiting 2 weeks for my delivery I was kindly informed that my mistake I had forgotten to put my email, after trying to figure out, I was kindly offered a full refund for the inconvenience! Thank you for your help and being so generous

Items were delayed but that’s blamed on Covid, I did follow up with Crowvery and was reassured with a fast email reply, excellent service! Besides that, products are here and they smell amazing, couldn’t be happier and definitely buying again!!
