No major complaints
They filter the reviews on their website. Even the innocuously critical ones like, 'great dress but why doesn't it have pockets?!"! Their sequin items are an environmental disaster, shedding tiny bits of black plastic everywhere. I was told to just shake them out. But at least, it seems, I got more of a response from customer service than most. I bought in a sale, have no particular issues with quality (except the sequins), and they cater nice flattering styles for a bigger body - that's appreciated. Shipping was pretty quick. Yes the clothes smelled a bit when they arrived but that's typical - washed them and they were good to go. I just wish they didn't filter their reviews - that seems dishonest.
Refund refused because 1 day outside their terms
I spent $300 on 2 items. One fit nicely but the other did not so I returned one item. I was 1 day late outside their 21 day return policy and they refused a refund despite my communications with them. My term was returned in brand new condition with tags on and in original packaging. I work retail myself and know that you can be flexible but they refused. I could have been an ongoing customer but I will never buy from them again. I am unimpressed with their customer service to say the least. .
Took my money and refused to send my order
I ordered a dress, this company processed the transaction, took the money from my credit card and then decided my order was ‘fraudulent’ and are refusing to fulfil my order. They claim they are following ‘industry regulations’ while quite literally stealing money from customers. I am now out of pocket $150 with nothing to show for it. Absolute scam.
Beautiful top highly recommend
I received my top, stunning top a little on the big size fit but I love it. Quick delivery and beautiful quality great prices and this is my new to go to shop. Could never find anything that made me feel positive until I found curve project and purchased. Thank you for my order 🙏
Don’t waste your money!
Courier attempted delivery out of work hours once and sent package back. Courier tracking number not recognized online so couldn’t follow up with them. Followed up with Curve project themselves who said they would follow up and get back to me, no response, weeks go by. Emailed them an additional THREE TIMES over the course of an ENTIRE SIX WEEKS and received the same copy and paste answer. Events passed, clothes not received, wasted $459. Refused to issue a refund. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. They kept claiming courier wasn’t getting back to them, uhm for over an entire month? And you think a customer should put up with that? If your delivery company is that bad then try using a different service other than the cheapest Couriers Please who literally no one uses anymore as they are so shockingly bad. Would NEVER spend a dollar here again.
Stank of dead fish!
The items arrived crumpled as if thrown in the bag, the delivery was super slow and the jacket absolutely stank of dead fish!!! The smell was so overpowering I had to hang them in a seperate room. I’m not sure if the smell can be removed but now have to pay to find out. It smells like our bait box! The sizing on the gypsy waistcoat is inaccurate, it appears child’s sizing. Overall I wouldn’t even give a one star due to the smell - so disgusting. Do not recommend. ( Go to David Jones they sell the same labels that don’t stink of dead fish ) Will not be purchasing from this company again.
Poor returns service
Ordered a dress, the ordering process and delivery was great. The dress quality/fit was not so I processed a return. It's been two weeks and I have followed up being accused of not following the returns process, even though I followed it. Not sure if I am going to be left out of pocket and no dress...

My credit was charged twice trying to generate an Australian post return slip. And of course no one will contact me about it.
Great styles questionable quality
I love the shapes and styles but I question the quality. I have bought a number of items from here and a dress shrunk a bit in gentle cold wash, and a pair of distressed jeans ripped dramatically further than the design within a few wears. I had bought two pairs of the distressed jeans. Only one pair appeared faulty but the manager took zero responsibility for this issue. I will have to seriously consider whether to shop here again.
Would not recommend
Ordered 2 dresses to the value of over $200.00 on the 11.11.22 through The Market. Followed it up 3 times and only today which is 13.12.22 did The Market follow up on what was suppose to be a refund. No communication at all unless I followed it up. Very poor service. Over a month I had waited. I would definitely not recommend.
