Impressed by speed of response

My first purchase from RCB and I was impressed by the rapid delivery and the way they sent my Resolve serial numbers by email so it could be installed before the package arrived by post. Very good service.

Product took ages to arrive

Product took ages to arrive. I chased them up and they informed me that their had been a problem, they didn't think to inform me their customer. They said that they sent an email with a serial code on which I never received. I then asked for a download link and they never responded. First and last time I shall use RCB. They also refuse to accept my feedback, with no apology, which is fair enough, but they will never improve their customer service if they don't take on board the customers experience.
