Terrible experience with Japanese…

Terrible experience with Japanese Taste. I ordered beauty products from them to China, and they shipped the package but only to customs. After that, they told me to contact customs myself to resolve an issue. It turns out that China rejects all cosmetics from Japan, something they should have known before accepting my order. When I asked why they allowed the purchase in the first place, they completely stopped responding. No follow-up, no support, and no refund. Extremely unprofessional service—avoid if you expect any kind of customer support or accountability!

I wish I read these reviews before…

I wish I read these reviews before making a purchase. I will never shop here again as this seems like an online scam. It took 1 week from placing the order to the time I received an update saying the order is being prepared. It’s been more than 2 weeks with no communication. I still do not have the product and their customer service lacks integrity and effective communication.

Everything was smooth

I did see a lot of the bad reviews here after I placed my order so I was a little anxious but there were no delays from the initial delivery date and everything came in undamaged and in perfect condition with lots of padding.

Extremely bad experience

Terrible customer service, business practice & poor quality products. Definitely not the experience & standard that you would expect from a Japanese retailer. Will never buy anything from this company again & will be looking into their legitimacy.

Terrible business

Terrible business. Not thinking about the customer, only themselves. Unable to cancel and they hide the customs fee from you. They do mention the customs fee in the small letter, but you have to pay €20 extra for the customs handling (this money does NOT go to the customs) which they do not mention at all.

Snackies!

I’m located in the USA and paid for express shipping. I did not get a customs fee at the time of writing this and I am still waiting on my package. I ordered a bunch of snacks a little over $100 worth on February 1st and it was cleared through customs and in the States by today, February 5th. I will edit my review if the package takes too long to get here or if the items I ordered are expired, but otherwise I’m extremely excited to have some snacks!

I didn't know where to get in touch with your company. I place an order tonight. But my card decline it. I told them I placed my order & can you check if it went through. Pretty bad

Pretty bad! Delivery took weeks and they do not announce in their site that there are custom charges so it ended up being a very expensive buy
