Good service and good communication. Product is of good quality . Only one thing I would like to say is it was a surprise Xmas gift for my hubby and he saw the actual wording that I had had embroidered on his clothing . It was written on the postage label so he thought it was work related so unfortunately opened it :-( never mind . Still happy with the service etc
