I've ordered my fist few items personalised for my husband company and they look ok. I feel that the way the colours are detailed on site could improve by showing the items coloured not a bullet coloured point as it will give a better view on how the items looks with the personalised logo. Also I had an item missing from order but I had to email asking where is the item missing and just afterwards I had a reply saying that it was low on stock; I did received the item but I had a thought that they might not send it while I pay; when I placed the order I was struggling to pay so my order was still pending and immediately I had a call back offering to help which was great. I recommend that communication to be improved post-ordering the item not only before. I did received everything I paid and was nice to see that I was called to confirm my order and also was given support in choosing the colour.

Easy process to choose products and upload artwork. Received an email with proof of finished logo and then follows up by a phone call. Even posted a final photo of one of the items on my Instagram feed. Great customer service and really happy with the finished items which look extremely professional. Will definitely use Cityworkwear again when I need more items
