The worst experience with therapist Urvashi Jain and Akshita. Highly incompetent. Fraud and scandalous Do not even make a mistake of booking packages because if you end up with an incompetent therapist, they wont even make a refund. This place is filled with people disguising as therapists but have zero knowledge. They will only make it worse for you. I had the same experience with therapist Akshita as well. She started giving me a sales pitch in thr first session instead of making an action plan on how to solve the problem. They will keep asking you to book more and more sessions and you will be naive because you are in a bad situation and need help. But don’t fall for it. Go to a professional doctor instead of wasting money here on these people who aren’t even doctors, they are just random people who can make up and listen to stories.

HopeQure Mental Health Services - A Traumatic and Unethical Workplace Where do I even begin with HopeQure? This company, run by the manipulative and paranoid Vivek Sagar Srivastav, is a cesspool of toxicity that exploits both employees and clients. Let's start with the work environment, the office is blanketed with cameras and hidden microphones, creating an atmosphere of constant surveillance and distrust. Shrivastav seems to relish being a cynical, arrogant boss who belittles his staff as "weak employees" if they dare complain about the appalling conditions. Earning Srivastav's favor requires mastering the art of ass-kissing and dishing out gossip about your coworkers. Those who refuse to play this toxic game are shunned, threatened. The climate of fear is palpable. But the abuse doesn't end with the employees. HopeQure seems to have no qualms about violating HIPAA laws and client privacy. Counselors carelessly record sensitive client notes in diaries left out in the open for anyone to read. The company also grossly inflates counselors' years of experience, misleading vulnerable clients. What's more, despite marketing claims of having over 30 in-house psychologists, the actual number is merely 6-7. Dishonesty and deception appear to be core company values. I cannot overstate how traumatic it was to work at this place. The demoralizing work conditions, flagrant ethics violations, and Srivastav's tyrannical management style created a mental health crisis for many of us employed there. If you value your wellbeing, stay far away from HopeQure.
