Ho chiesto informazioni sul mio ordine e su come funzionasse la promozione, non ho mai ricevuto risposta non so neanche se il mio ordine è stato spedito.

I bought it as a Christmas gift but I'm so disappointed because the device is defective and I think I won't be able to give it by Christmas. Based on the high price of the device, I would expect that it is checked before shipping. The charger was clearly defective because no one of the adapters could be properly inserted and the device can't be on (I don't know if it depends on the charger or on the device itself too). I wrote to the customer service 5 days ago and I'm still waiting for a reply. I really hope it can be solved soon.

Trattamento durato molto meno rispetto la prima volta e secondo la mia percezione non ha pulito in profondità. Ti consigliano ovviamente maschere da acquistare li perché secondo loro servono proprio al tuo tipo di pelle(dottoresse? Non penso proprio)
