Javier and Pablo did a great job delivering my new chairs. They unloaded and unpacked them, and even moved them into the house for me. Thank you!

Wish I could give ZERO STARS. They’re awful, disorganized and unprofessional. My delivery day & time was confirmed & confirmation email was sent out. I called to see where I was in the delivery route and they said my delivery had been cancelled. I was never notified- no call or email- and I had already taken off of work to be home for this delivery window. They had no customer service and were totally arrogant & rude. They offered no discount or refund for my inconvenience. They’re awful. I will not order from companies who use them because they are not worth the trouble.

Maria, the routing manager, is absolutely vile and should be fired. This company stole my $12000 refrigerator. They received it from the store and refused to deliver it for months claiming they didn’t have enough people to install it. They also refused to ship it back to the store so it could be delivered via another company. Each time you speak to them you get a new lie about when it will be scheduled for delivery. Horrendous. Do not use!

Irresponsible and very poor customer service. We have been calling for weeks and no one knows what is going on with the package! They keep promising they will follow up but I have never received a call back. DO NOT trust this company! You'll never receive your products. It's a scam!

Driver Celso showed up in middle of time window given. Carried in Unpacked and tested both TVs that I purchased. Repackaging one of the TV's so I could deliver it to my brother. He did all this quickly and efficiently. He was very polite and did a ret job.

Took a day off work…..Waited for my expected delivery….but they didn’t come and never notified me that they cancelled my delivery. Terrible Custer service!!!!!!!!!!!

worst delivery experience ever. personnel were rude ,unaccomaditing, and sloppy.....they would not place my items where I wanted and they left a mess in the public corridor. I was shocked at their rudeness

AM Home Delivery is an Extortionist. They came to deliver and wanted $150 to carry the item up the front stairs. When I rejected to pay and requested they leave it on the curb, they refused to drop the package forcing a re-delivery attempt. Now they want $75 to re-schedule the delivery where they will drop it on the curb like I originally requested. This is just a money grab.

Gabriel and Antonio delivered our kayak yesterday. It was in good condition and they were helpful and pleasant to work with. They don't mess around wasting time and socializing. They delivered the kayak to where I wanted it, unwrapped it to inspect if it was OK, and photographed it. They were very professional. Thank you Ken Thomson

They lied about my delivery date. I called numerous times. I called today and asked for a supervisor or manager and after the lady finally transferred me to one. They answered the line and ENDED THE CALL.
