Hassle Free, Amazing Apartment & Fantastic Service
After having to find somewhere so late in June for our August two week Summer holiday, I found Marbella Luxury Homes who helped me from start to finish find a property that matched our needs. They were very easy to deal in the build up, were always on the end of the phone and were responsive to my emails. Once arriving in Spain, Natasja met us at the apartment to greet us at the apartment and made sure everything was ok. The apartment was amazing. Exactly what was advertised and was perfectly clean and ready for us. Throughout our stay for any questions we were able to get in contact quickly and easily using what's app. I would highly recommend Marbella Luxury Homes as an easy going way to make sure you get what you are looking to book a holiday in the Costa del Sol. Hassle Free, Amazing Apartment & Fantastic Service. Will for sure be using them to book our holiday again.
Unhelpful, unsympathetic and generally bad at their job
I'm not going to lie, I don't leave bad reviews often. I'm ever the optimist and see a silver lining to everything. I also believe a good review, when deserved, goes a long way, so I'm more likely to give 5 stars or just not review at all. But, marbella luxury homes really deserves this single star. Weve just returned from an 8 day, £2000 stay in a property they manage, and the experience was really stressful and more than underwhelming to be fair. Now, the property was not ready to receive guests, especially not paying guests, and especially not at the price bracket we were in. This is and isn't the agency's fault as they should know their property's before representing them, look after the properties they do sign up with and then deal with any problems that arise efficiently. Sorting a problem, especially if it takes half the holiday to resolve, doesn't mean you did your job and we are happy as paying guests. It means you did your job which should have been done when we arrived and because of this, we are seriously put out and Infact, furious. Our first holiday in years due to covid was totally ruined. I've never paid for a meal in a restaurant for them to serve it frozen, or been happy finding a hole in my new designer shirt. Both of these things would be expected to be refunded or replaced. Marbella luxury homes thinks that 4 days out of 8 with no pool (the one thing we rented the property for) means a 10% refund on the property price. Ridiculous. They need to sort out their priorities. I don't want to go on so I'll just finish this review with a list of the stuff we arrived to: the pool was unusable for half the trip (green with a severe leak), the electrics to the house left everything flickering the whole holiday, the house was barely cleaned with broken glass and even toe nails scattered around the property, the washing machine was rancid, as was the dishwasher, the sun loungers were all broken with no cushions and the kitchen sink was blocked. (We had to use a toilet plunger every time we used it). Please do think twice about using this agency and be careful, they look after properties in the area (marbella) that are listed on Airbnb.

Terrible experience, rented a property with pool to find out that we couldn’t use the pool for half the time we were there and the agency, specially Julia and Sonia at the Alhaurin El Grande offices, were not helpfull at all, we had our holidays ruined completely. Photos that didn’t match the reality and very very poor conditions
