Sent a form online to request van hire. Guy who originally called me back was very helpful. However I was in the gym and unable to pay. He asked me to call back. When I spoke to them the next day, the person I spoke to was obnoxious, rude and condescending. If he had shut his mouth for 30 seconds and allowed me to explain my request he wouldn’t have been so “confused” Absolute gasbag! Avoid!!!
