I had my Level 3 assessment at OriGym in Liverpool. Adam Gough my assessor was great, he explained the structure of the assessment clearly and eased any nerves I may have had. He was also on hand to answer or clarify any queries I had throughout the assessment. After the assessment we ran through how I had done and he also was able to offer advice on other assessment areas of the Level 3 course.

I did my level two fitness instructor training all online. The material was easy to follow and there was always a tutor available online to offer support when I got stuck. The practical assessment was easier than I anticipated and the assessor was supportive and offered guidance and reasurances throughout the session.

Had a issue with a question on the course and Jemma provided the correct amount of help for me to help myself get to the correct outcome . much appreciated

Jo was very helpful! She helped me understand where I might have gone wrong in my answers and also acknowledged that instructors can have their own biases. It was a short relaxed and comfortable conversation, and I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to her again if I have any more questions.
