Awful company AVOID at all costs I made a very specific enquiry regarding relevants for a similar course and whether it would cross over. I had a telesales call but ridiculously didn’t have the information I asked for, now any decent company would have read the message, done the necessary research and then called me but no, he decided to call waste my time and then said he would go off and look. He then disconnected the call as he didn’t like me pointing this out to him. I then called back to make a complaint and the guy on the phone wouldn’t get anyone for me and just wanted to send an email to someone to contact me back, the owners of this company should be deeply ashamed of the way they are letting it run, yes they are probably making lots of money but they have zero customer service skills and when someone is trying to make a complaint DONT call them mate, what an awfully unprofessional company !!

Abbie answered my questions promptly and clearly. She was also very kind.

went for my practical assessment yesterday after completing all my theory online, excellent service provided throughout both online and in person special thank you to my examiner Harry in Liverpool who made me feel at ease allowing me to pass the course. would highly recommend to others. My assessment day was held in Liverpool with Origym. Shak my instructor was a cool and professional man, easing my day and leaving me feeling good about my time there. They were quick to resolve the issue of a no show, and partnered me up with another student(s) I would definitely recommend, and if needed I would happily travel just shy of 2 hours to the Origym in Liverpool Thank you 🙏

Overall it was a great experience. In the beginning we had the chance to get to know each other, change some useful information an experiences which was very helpful for the assessment. Hazel explained effective and clear everything we needed to know in order to feel confident during the session.

Just want to say a great big thankyou to you all at Origym for the support you gave me over the phone. Especially Joanna Mrzewa. She was the first point of contact this morning on the phone. I was struggling with some information and was distressed. She was absolutely great. She was calm, caring and very patient and understood my point of view. Its people like Joanna who are a credit to your organisation and obviously the team that she liaised with which allowed me to obtain the downloads that were not accessible for some reason.
