The Learning is made simple and easy to study alone. The study videos are very clear. My body used to be in pains and suffer DOMS. I didn't know what was wrong and at times I had to take nearly a month not attending gym, all that because I didn't know the importance of Warm up and Cooling down before my session. The support from the Origym team is amazing and they are always available when I need help.
