I was struggling with accessing a quiz. There seem to have been a technical issue sitewide, AJ from the tutor team was super efficient and resolved the issue for me within minutes and I am able to access and complete the quiz. This is the first time I've encountered a technical issue, but the resolution through the live chat was brilliant.
