Origym have done very well with their tutor Jo. She has shown great elements of customer service. It seems she genuinely cares for the students and has been willing to go above and beyond to help out and provide prompt guidance when needed via e-tutor chat. I do feel one or two of the others tutors I had dealings with on the platform could learn from Jo as I felt my enquiries were treated somewhat with disdain. Nevertheless, thank you once again Jo and all the best to you!
