I’ve done a few courses with Origym now and got more booked in, I like the learning platform, it makes things easy and in bite size. The practical assessor I had in Cardiff was amazing for my PT lv3. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to get into the fitness industry to give them ago.

Convinced me to pay extra for a face to face element of the course (around £800 extra) and then changed the location of the f2f aspect to a different city. Refuse to discuss this or change the price to reflect the course I will actually be able to do.

Would not recommend at all. Signed up to do a yoga course and was advised by Jack that most of the work can be completed online and there are 2 mandatory workshops in liverpool. I was advised the course would take approximately 3months to complete. After signing up I discovered there is a 5month wait just to complete the first workshop, no dates available at all for the second one. I was completely ignored when I emailed jack about this. I've been told to refer to cancellation TCS if I want to cancel despite origym not being able to fulfil their side of the contract. I feel like I have been completely misold as I have paid for a course that is impossible to complete.
