another great workshop…

Just returned form an great workshop with Kate, who always proviedes helpfuls cues to everyone in a very motivating mannor. I had quite a lot of fun and lerned al lot more, today! I´m feeling well prepared for my assessment - thankt you Kate!

Money over morals

I signed up over a year ago when I was close to finishing uni. I thought the course would be a good idea as I was expecting to wait a while before getting any opportunities in my field of study. I had been signed up for 4 months and had paid around £600. In this time I accessed their content once, only after setting up my initial login. I never completed any study or lessons or assessments as I planned on doing it after finishing uni. I was fortunate to receive a very unexpected opportunity in the field I had studied in university and decided I had no time or need for the pt course. I tried to kindly explain my circumstances and accept losing the money I already spent (for nothing) however origym had no interest in negotiating and decided the only solution was for me to pay my course in full. I disputed this and have only been told I have no option but to pay for the full course. Which I have no intention/ or time to do. I understand I made an agreement but circumstances change and as I lost a large amount of money for nothing I have been going back and forth for nearly a year but origym have no interest in compromising and are trying to force me to pay the full course amount which is nearly £1500. I have been told I will be passed on to 3rd party debt collectors. This company does not care about people and only cares about money. For a company that preaches good values they are no more than a bastion of corporate greed. Saying this I have no doubt had I continued with the course I would have enjoyed it, any staff I spoke to were wonderful and very supportive. This is what made it all very worse I genuinely thought the company cared about people. This is why I thought they would be understanding of my decision and circumstances but all I have met since is soulless hardline emails giving me no options but to pay. The best Iv been offered is payment plans. I have already lost £600 for nothing and I am now facing paying another £1400 or having to deal with debt collectors and possibly ruining my credit score my financial health and my mental health.

I have received amazing help from Joanna today in regards my online course, she had explained everything nice and clear, so if anyone need a bit of help on anything please don’t feel embarrassed to ask questions any of the assessor . Very professional and friendly team

Very Helpful

I had trouble understanding the systems for the workshop and assessment bookings. And had a few questions about the modules I was working on. The colleague that assisted me was Jemma, she was very patient and helpful in answering all queries I had.

Amielouise was friendly and responsive…

Amielouise was friendly and responsive in dealing with my request. It was tricky but she patiently guided me through being able to change my answer. Ive also had chats with Harry who was enthusiastic to help. Alex who recruited me was so upbeat and helpful that he successfully signed me up!
