10/10 Ian was amazing

10/10 Ian was amazing. He spend over 35 speaking with me on the phone walking me throught my personal training exam making sure I was full aware of what I was to do when I attended. Extremely friendly easy going and approachable. Origym is lucky to have such a wonderful man working for them. Honestly 10/10 5 stars everything was amazing thanks and Ian 🫡

Level 2 and 3 PT in Liverpool

I did my level 2 and 3 exam in Liverpool and I had an excellent experience. my assessor for both exams was Kirsty Evans and she was brilliant, she thoroughly explained everything to me, made me feel at ease, and gave me lots of valuable feedback!

I asked a question that the chatbot could not answer and it immediately referred me to a live person. I had the choice of a live chat or in person phone call. I chose live chat and was contacted quickly by Chloe who answered my question immediately.
