Prompt and efficient
Brought a KAISA heater, had a issue with smart functionality. Olectrical contacted the manufacturer on my behalf. Kaisa then contacted me direct. Problem solved in no time. Wasn't a problem with the heater works perfectly now was phone update and playstore issue.
