I love this Natural Repair Magnesium Spray. I spray it on my feet and legs at night and, touch wood, have not had any repeats of the cramping in my legs. I often spray it on my pillow, such a lovely smelling perfume!

From ordering, right up to receiving my Magnesium spray, I would give this company 10 out of 10, Sorry no improvement yet on my RLS but it works really well on my Covid itch, especially my arms and legs which normally are cronic in bed, wakening me up, and scratching vigorously. 11th Feb,I've had 3 good nights without any RLS so it's taken just over 2 weeks to start working, just hope it continues. I was lucky enough to be in Harrogate at the end of November and walked past the store, with an ad for the magnesium spray outside. So rather than procrastinate like I usually do with buying online, I went in. Haven't had a bad night's sleep since! On my second bottle now, and my package arrived with a handwritten thank you!
