I emailed 3 times, called 2 times and was told “we will call you back” or “email for a quote. I never heard back. This was over the span of a week, they had plenty of time to get me a quote. Terrible customer service.

Unresponsive for days and then suddenly the quote tripled from the initial estimate. Poor all around.

We had a very last minute need for 3 charter motor coaches and Prompt Charters came through when no one else could! Totally recommend Prompt Charters!
