Great service! The only problem I had was when I ordered an extra water chamber, I thought I was getting the one with the adaptor for the SoClean since that was what I had just ordered.

Poor customer service. I was sent a unit that my husband ordered for me as a Christmas gift I guess. I already had one. If the the company would have emailed it called I could have told them I didn’t need one. So NOW I a have to pay to ship it back. I don’t really think I should have to pay to return something they randomly shipped to me. Concerned with the bottom line and not their customers

Website said there was a discount but it was so small it could hardly be called a discount! Only $10 for such an expensive item! Also couldn't find any coupon codes. Other than discount being so vague, decent experience ordering from them.

Said it would arrive in 2 days. This took much longer than expected. What would happen if someone needed a face mask that would become a real big promise if you said and guarantee that it would be here in 2 days this that will a create problems for families and neighbors can hear you snore.This people like you we depend on.
