The supplied cpap nose pillows and headgear is much more comfortable than my old nose cpap gear.

The unit I ordered was to replace an older unit that stopped working .I was familiar with the unit and knew what I needed. I did not include an adaptor on the order, since I already had what I needed The person processing the order did not know this, and took the time to call to see if I needed an adaptor. A very considerate way to be helpful.

I continue to receive solicitations for ordering supplies that are "paid for by my insurance". When placing this order, I was required to provide a credit card number without any reference to what portion of the order would be paid by insurance. Would like to get clarification on what portion of the supplies are covered by insurance (essence)? Thank you in advance for your response.
