Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. I placed one order for my husband, got one email receipt and then at delivery time - a second, identical email order showed up. I called to say I only placed one order and the gal told me I placed two because she could see it on her computer. (I repeat, I only placed one order.) I told her this and she just wanted to argue. She told me I could refuse the package that was being delivered by UPS. When I asked her how I would know when they would arrive she told me "you just need to open your curtains and sit down and wait for them". If you go on their website, it says they charge you $17 if you refuse the package. Pretty good profit for them if you don't place the order and then when you refuse it, they collect $17 of the amount they charged to your credit card. I do not trust this company and they have super bad customer service. Will not be ordering from them ever again.

SoClean 2

No issues at all with our SoClean 2. Ordering, delivery, and set up was very smooth. User Manual very helpful. Was skeptical to cut the hose leading into the machine, but finally figured it out. Highly recommend CPAP Direct.
